From Korea and now working in Japan, Shirahane is a prominent illustrator is best known for her illustrations for the games Trickster and DJMAX. She also illustrates Culture Japan's Mirai Suenaga. Recently, she has been working as the main illustrator for mobile app game, Soccer Spirits.

DMYO has collaborated with different writers on manga series. She has previously collaborated with such writers as Ryo Ōta (√4: Uchi no Jūnin wa Minna Ijō desu.), Kakeyu Gado (Anime-ka Kikaku Shinkō-chū), and Seiku Hiiragi (Tadashii Aku no Sukuikata)
